Edit Existing Content

This guide will point out how to edit common areas of existing content. Editing your content will depend on which layout is being used and your level of access.

Content - meaning your webpages, text and images, forms, homepage, and links.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your administration website
  2. Select from the main menu Content, Edit Content
  3. Select the correct folder of navigation which will expand with all content allocated within
  4. Select the content piece you would like to edit (if editing a Sub Navigation tab now Click the tab title)
  5. Click on the Title tab to edit the title which will appear on the menu
  6. Click on the Layout tab to edit the content (text and images)
  7. Click on the text to edit/replace any text
  8. Click Done when complete
  9. Click on the image(s) (if applicable) to browse for a new one.
  10. Click Upload once new image is found.
  11. Click on image caption to edit (if applicable)
  12. Clck on "Add content to the top of this layout" or "Add content to the bottom of this layout" to append more content sections to the existing layout
  13. Click Next to specify Location
  14. Click Next to specify Options
  15. Click Next to specify Search Engine options
  16. Click Finish
Dependent on which layout you are working with you determine the amount of steps involved with editing the content piece.
