Create an eMarketing Communication

This guide will show you how to create eMarketing Communication easily through the content management system. This will then allow you to send out personalised eMarketing Communication to clients in your website in a single process.

eMarketing Communication can be set up for a variety of purposes such as, Announcements, Newsletters, Event Invitations, Special Offers, Update of Website Member Profile and more.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your administration website
  2. Select eMarketing
  3. Select Create New Communication
  4. Select Modular
  5. Select prefered layout
  6. Click larger image to select
  7. Select Header form list
  8. Click larger image to move on
  9. Select Footer from list
  10. Click larger image to move on
  11. Insert Email subject line
  12. Click Next
  13. Customise text and images on layout
  14. Click Finish or Next to proceed to send communication

Email body choices explained:

  1. Simple - for sending a image only (option to link this image)
  2. Modular - customisable layouts- easy to use to create newsletters with placeholders for text and images.
  3. Blank Email - Used for those with HTML experience - does not have layouts to insert images into.
