The following payment options are available for the setup of your ongoing hosting with us:

1. Monthly Direct Debit

   1. You will need to complete and return the direct debit form for payment to be deducted on a monthly basis.
   2. It can be set up as direct debit from a bank account (no surcharge)
   3. It can be set up as direct debit from a credit card, however, a surcharge will apply:
   4. VISA / MasterCard: 2.2% surcharge (Minimum $1.10)
   5. American Express / Diners: 4.4% surcharge (Minimum $1.10)

2. Yearly (12 months in advance)

   1. You have the option to pay a whole year's hosting in advance and qualify for a 5% discount.
   2. This is payable by BPAY, credit card (no surcharge) or cheque.
   3. Those looking for a direct transfer option can use BPAY.
   4. 50% cancellation fee applies on remaining months of hosting if website is cancelled before renewal.

3. 24 Months (in advance)

   1. You have the option to pay 2 years hosting in advance and qualify for a 10% discount.
   2. This is payable by BPAY, credit card (no surcharge) or cheque.
   3. Those looking for a direct transfer option can use BPAY.
   4. 50% cancellation fee applies on remaining months of hosting if website is cancelled before renewal.
