eMarketing Reporting

This guide will show you how to view and download the Client information as to who has visited the site as a result of viewing an eMarketing Communciation, who a specific communcation was sent to, and who was sent the communication but who did not visit the site.

The system is able to tell someone has viewed a Communication only when they click a link within the Communication that brings them to the website. This is not the same as a "View Rate"' which is when an email is simply opened. If your Communication does not have links back to the website you will not be able to view who viewed the Communication.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your administration website
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Email Sent Vs Click Through
  4. Click on the bar of the graph of the month a Communication was sent in. The number Sent vs Clicked through is displayed after the Communication title
  5. Click on of the icons to the right to either:
    1. Export all Clients who clicked through this Communication
    2. Export all Clients who were sent this Commincation
    3. Export all Clients who did not click through the Communciation
  6. Select button Click here to Download your Export
  7. Click to Save or Open with prefered program
Your export will be downloaded in a spreadsheet format. If you do not have a program to open this with, i.e Microsoft Excel, LibreCalc etc it is reccomended to download one first in order to view the document correctly.
