How do I view form submissions on the website?
There are currently 2 ways to view form submissions on the website:
A. Per Client via the Client record
To view per client form submissions simply go the the clients section of your administrations site and Find a Client. Once in the Client Record go to the Reports tab and Select a submission under Forms Submitted by Client to view. Please note these will appear in here if the client is logged in when the form is submitted.
B. Per Form via the Reports area
To view form submissions per form go to Reports and click the Site Activity tab. Click on Form submission sthen browse for and select a form to view all form submission.

Please note that form submissions cannot be exported currently.
