The Options tab of your content will allow you to control things like whether to hide webpages, restrict Administrators out of editing the pieces as well as other features depending on what type of content it is.

1. Login to your administration website
2. Select Content
3. Select Edit Content
4. Click to open the folder of navigation the content is located in
5. Click the page title to edit
6. Then please see the variations below for each of the different types of content

Navigation Menus: These are the main menus of your website for example Site Central Navigation, Page Bottom Navigation, Site Top Navigation, etc.

1. Webpage, Image gallery, Link, Form (simple and content search with horizontal listing) or Shopping Product

2. Individual Sub Navigation tab

3. Folder

4. Client Search

5. Content Search

Display Options: You can use these options to display content for members and the public, and hide work-in-progress pages.

A. Webpage, Image gallery, Link, Form (simple and content search with horizontal listing) or shopping Product

Click on Options tab and note the below features:

1. Display Options
   1. Hide this content from all folder listings - If this is located within a folder and you would like to hide it (not applicable if not within a folder)
   2. Hide this content from all navigation menus - If you want this to be hidden on the navigation menu(s) this is located on
   3. Hide this content from all navigation menus when logged in only- If you would like to hide this content from displaying on the navigation menu when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   4. Display this content on navigation menus when logged in only - If you would like to display this content displaying on the navigation menu only when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   5. Do not display this content in keyword search results - If you would like to hide this content appearing in the keyword search results
2. Select which Administrators can view this content- deselect any Administrators name to lock them out of editing this content

B. Individual Sub Navigation tab

1. Click the tab title
2. Click on Options tab and note the below features

1. Display Options
   1. Hide this content from the folder menu- if you would like to hide this content from the Sub Navigation menu
   2. Do not display this content in keyword search results - If you would like to hide this content appearing in the keyword search results

C. Folder

Click on Options tab and note the below features

1. Display Options
   1. Hide this folder from all folder listings - If this folder is located within another folder and you would like to hide it (not applicable if not within a folder)
   2. Hide this folder from all navigation menus - If you want this to be hidden on the navigation menu(s) this is located on
   3. Hide this folder from all navigation menus when logged in only - If you would like to hide this folder and its content from displaying on the navigation menu when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   4. Display this folder on navigation menus when logged in only - If you would like to display this folder and its content displaying on the navigation menu only when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   5. Do not display this folder in keyword search results - If you would like to hide this folder appearing in the keyword search results (if enabled)
2. Navigation Options: This folder is not clickable in any navigation menu - If you would like to have the folder only show the contents within by hovering over the title rather than clicking on the folder itself

D. Client Search

Click on Options tab and note the below features

1. Display Options
   1. Hide this content from all folder listings - If this is located within a folder and you would like to hide it (not applicable if not within a folder)
   2. Hide this content from all navigation menus - If you want this to be hidden on the navigation menu(s) this is located on
   3. Hide this content from all navigation menus when logged in only- If you would like to hide this content from displaying on the navigation menu when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   4. Display this content on navigation menus when logged in only - If you would like to display this content displaying on the navigation menu only when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   5. Do not display this content in keyword search results - If you would like to hide this content appearing in the keyword search results
2. Search Result Options
   1. Number of Results per page - option to nominate a max number of results per page
   2. Order the Results list by the below field - option to order the results by a certain Client Field (ascending or descending)
3. Search Restrictions
   1. Restrict the results list and profile page via the below fields and answers- this will allow you to restrict and refine the search to only produce results that match up to 2 specific Client Fields

Search Restriction example: if this search was set up to find and display clients in the database that are designers, you can restrict the search to show only clients that have up to date membership and are part of the Client Group 'Design'.

4.    Select which Administrators can view this content- deselect any Administrators name to lock them out of editing this content

E. Content Search

Click on Options tab and note the below features

1. Display Options
   1. Hide this content from all folder listings - If this is located within a folder and you would like to hide it (not applicable if not within a folder)
   2. Hide this content from all navigation menus - If you want this to be hidden on the navigation menu(s) this is located on
   3. Hide this content from all navigation menus when logged in only- If you would like to hide this content from displaying on the navigation menu when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   4. Display this content on navigation menus when logged in only - If you would like to display this content displaying on the navigation menu only when someone is logged in from the front end of the website
   5. Do not display this content in keyword search results - If you would like to hide this content appearing in the keyword search results
2. Search Result Options
