Create Shopping Checkout Fields

This guide will show you how to create additional fields in the checkout screen where your customers enter their details when purchasing a product(s).

This is used if there is additonal information you need to collect that is not already setup. E.g. If paying for a seat at a seminar, which date or location.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your administration website
  2. Select Shopping
  3. Select Product options
  4. Select Shopping Checkout Fields
  5. Select Personal Details or Shipping details to add checkout fields
  6. Click Add New
  7. Select Single text line or Multiple text line
  8. Insert title
  9. Click Finish
