How do I provide FTP access to a third party?
Due to security restrictions on our server we do not allow FTP access. The server hosts only the Content Management System (CMS) and no other websites or applications such as FTP or cPanel.
You can provide any third party access to your admin site by giving them temporary login access.
This can be done by either giving them access to your admin login details, or creating a new administrator. The third party can then get to the areas of the website you have given access to within 'Access to Tools' when setting up the admin account.
Third party SEO consultants can access the SEO areas via the admin area of the Content Management System. There is no other system available for them, as all changes should only be made via the CMS.
