When you insert a YouTube video on your website, YouTube will automatically show an image thumbnail behind the "play" button. In most cases this is an automatically selected image. The steps below will show you how to update this thumbnail image.

1. Visit: www.youtube.com
2. Login with your Google Account details
3. In the top right area, click on your porfile name
4. Click on Video Manager
5. Click Edit (for the video you want to change the thumbnail for)
6. To the right of the video:
   1. Click on one of the thumbnail images suggested by YouTube OR
   2. Click on the Custom thumbail button to browse and select your own image
7. Click on the Save Changes button after you have completed the changes
