Which day of the month are hosting payments applied?
All hosting payments are applied from the 1st day of the month. This applies to direct debit as well as 12 or 24 month invoice payments.
For most new clients a 3 month licence and hosting fee is included in the website quote. The hosting commences as soon the agreement is signed (as your staging site is deployed immediately). Once the 3 month period ends you will receive the next hosting invoice.
You will receive your first hosting invoice with a start date of the 1st day of the month that your upfront hosting runs out. e.g. If you signed up on 17th of May, then you will receive your next invoice for hosting from 1st August instead of 17th August.
The additional days of overlapped hosting will be adjusted at the end of your website hosting with us, so your website will continue to be hosted till the 17th of the following month (based on above example) from the cancellation month.
