Customise Default System Pages

This guide will defines the difference default system pages on the website and how to customise them for your website or business.

We cannot change the function of these pages. You can change the lanuage so that is suits your website's style.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to administration website
  2. Select Content
  3. Select Default System Pages then customise the below pages by clicking on the title
    1. Admin Approval Email Text

      1. This is the text that is sent to the clients who have been approved to been approved to be added to the database.

      2. Plain text only.

    2. Admin Rejection Email Text

      1. This is the text that is sent to the clients that have do not get approved to the website.

      2. Plain Text Only

    3. Content Not Found

      1. Is when a page has been removed but the an existing link is selected

      2. The rich text editor allows you to make formatting changes to your website content.

    4. Content Expired

      1. Is when a page has been removed but the an existing link is selected

      2. The rich text editor allows you to make formatting changes to your website content.

    5. Email Verification Email Message Text

      1. When a client selects to be a part of the database the need to verifiy the email address they provided.

      2. They receive this email from that system that asks them to select a link to verify the email address they provided.

      3. Highlight text to edit

      4. NOTE: This page is plain text only, you are unable to edit the font.

      5. This is a legal requirement in order to communicate with the client via the website

    6. Email Verification Confirmed
      1. When the client confirms their email address by selecting the link in the system email, they will be taken to this page.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content. NOTE: The rich text editor allows you to make formatting changes to your website content.
    7. Email Verification Problem
      1. This is the text that appears if there is an issue with the email verification process.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content.

    8. Login Page Additional Information
      1. Member of the website, but not allowed accessed if they are not in the client.
      2. You are able to restrict content so that it requires a client to login to view the content.

    9. Login required to access webpage
      1. This the page that appears if you need to be logged in to view the content.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content.

    10. Shopping confirmation email header
      1. This is the text that appears at the top of the system email that is sent to the customer after they make a shopping order.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content.

    11. Shopping View Cart Empty
      1. This is the text that appears when a user select to  View Cart but haven’t added any products.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content.NOTE: The rich text editor allows you to make formatting changes to your website content.
    12. Shopping View Cart Full
      1. This the text that appears when the user selects to View Cart and have added products to the shopping cart.
      2. Select the text to bring up the rich text editor to edit the content.
      3. NOTE: The rich text editor allows you to make formatting changes to your website content.
    13. You do not have access to this content
      1. This text appears when a client Is not specified to have access to the content. They can be members of the website, but not in a client a  in the correct client group to have client accessNo a member of the website.
Build up your database by adding a link to an online form. People can sign up to be apart of you database and log in to the site to view the hidden content.
