To ensure the website production is completed as soon as possible, it is important for you to prepare or complete the following upon the request of your Account Manager or Designer:

A. Content & Design Files

1. Complete the Design Questionnaire before the design meeting.
2. Supply logo design files, style guides and any other relevant design artwork before the design meeting.
3. Supply text for the homepage items during 1st meeting with your Account Manager (homepage brief).
4. Insert text for the inner content pages (after the homepage brief meeting).
5. Insert images for the inner content pages (after the homepage brief meeting).

B. Production Meetings

1. Homepage Brief with Account Manager (45 - 60 minutes meeting)
2. Design Meeting with the website designer (45 - 60 minutes meeting)
3. Design Proof Reviews (5 - 15 minutes each)
4. Content Formatting Reviews (5 - 15 minutes each)

C. Shopping Cart (Applicable only to clients going live with a shopping cart)

1. Select a payment method & complete the set up (depending on the method this can take 1 day to few weeks)
2. Determine your shipping methods and set it up in the system
3. Compile a list of all your products and product images (if you have paid for a product import).
4. Determine what production variations (if any) are required to be setup in the system.

D. Domain Name(s)

1. Register a domain name if you do not have one already
2. Ensure you have access to modify the DNS records or know who can help you modify this
