If you action the items in the website production plan in a timely manner then you should expect to see your website completed well within the standard website production time-frames.

However, if there is a pressing urgency to get the website completed in less than 5 weeks then you may speak to your Account Manager to request a quote for a "rapid deployment". Once this quote is paid in full, we will deploy the resources required to design and deploy your website in the shortest possible time frame. We require that you make yourself available for design meetings and other content related meetings.

You also must provide the text and images we need to create the website content. Specifically, we can only meet the accelerated deadlines agreed if you;

1. Can provide us with a domain name and access so that we can modify or add domains and configure your DNS records.
2. Can provide us with a copy of your logo in an acceptable format immediately - design cannot commence without this.
3. Content – Your website content must be inserted on to the staging site that we deploy for you within 1 week of the project commencement date (the date your sign and pay).
4. Make yourself available – you need to be available at short notice for meetings, content and design reviews while your website production is being fast-tracked.

Consider the rapid deployment option especially if you are co-ordinating your website launch with other marketing campaigns or activities on specific dates. Speak to your Account Manager for discussion options and realistic expectations.
