If I don't use the allocated monthly call time do I get a discount on my hosting?
No, the monthly hosting and licence fee cannot be discounted if you do not use your monthly service call allocation. The 45 minute monthly service time is free and all clients receive this as long as they continue to host their website with us. This time cannot be accrued or put towards any fee-for-service jobs or hosting.
