When will I receive the monthly service calls?

Your Account Manager will contact you to setup a monthly service call time after your website is live. Monthly service calls are not scheduled on fixed days each month so your Account Manager will email or call you to schedule a time that suits you. Alternatively, you may contact your Account Manager in advance to advise your date and time preferences.

Account Managers quite often have their calendars booked out a week in advance so if you wish to book in a time please provide you Account Manager sufficient notice.
