No, we avoid using Flash technology for building websites for the following reasons:

1. Search engines (e.g. Google) cannot read and index Flash content properly.
2. Development of Flash sites are expensive.
3. Flash sites cannot be easily edited by end users, it costs each time you want to make changes.
4. Flash sites are not compatible with iPhones, iPads and older smartphones so it will serve a blank page unless there is an alternate HTML page.
   (more time and costs to setup).
5. Flash animation often takes some time to load, this frustrates many users and they go elsewhere.

Flash is best used to animate certain elements only, not to build entire sites in.
