How many changes can I make to my website design during the design process?
After we have presented the first design proof to you, you are entitled to 2 free rounds of design changes. You may document the changes you require in a single list and email them to your designer. Or you may communicate these changes to your Designer when your desginer calls you.
Please refrain from sending change requests in separate emails and/or phone calls. This is unproductive for both parties and changes are likely to be missed. Please also ensure you and/or any other decision-makers provide your feedback collectively. This will ensure you make the most of your 2 free rounds of design changes.
