C. Review Internal DNS Settings

- Review your internal server DNS settings for your domain name to ensure it is not hardcoded to the old website IP address.
- If it is hardcoded, please update this IP address to the new IP address.
- You can find the new IP address in the Site to Live instructions provided to you previously.
- If this does not resolve the issue, please try the next section below.
D. Review DNS Settings with your ISP
- Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) e.g. Telstra, Optus, IINet, etc.
- Advise them that your new website is live everywhere else except your computer / network.
- Get them to test & resolve access to your new website.
- If they are unable to resolve the matter, please contact your Account Manager for further assistance.
