What is the process for requesting you to do additional work for our website?

You may request us to complete a variety of work in relation to your website such as, content changes, design changes, search engine optimisation and much more. This does not apply to creation of specifc functionality of your website. Here is a guideline for the process of requesting additional (fee-for-service) work on your website:

  1. Phone or email your Account Manager with your specific requests.
  2. Your Account Manager will discuss options with you and provide you a quote.
  3. If you are happy with the quote please arrange full payment.
  4. Once the quote is fully paid and processed, your Account Manager will advise you a completion date for the requested changes.
You do not need to pay for changes if you are willing to make the changes yourself. You can schedule a monthly call with your Account Manager to be guided on how to make the changes you need. However, this time is limited to a total of 45 minutes in a calendar month. Please note that you cannot use this time to get your Account Manager to make changes on your behalf.
