If you have an existing website with us then you may contact your Account Manager if you wish to update the design of the site. A redesign fee will apply.

You will get the opportunity to go through the design process again. Our designers will supply you with a design concept with up to 2 free sets of design changes.

There are a few different ways we can arrange the deployment of your new design, especially if your current site is live on the Internet:

1. We can overlay the new graphics at a relatively off-peak hour during a business day (minor disruptions for 3 to 4 hours while changes are taking place).
2. We can temporarily change the homepage to a static image with a maintenance message while changes are taking place in the background (visitors will not be able to interact with the site as such).
3. We can clone your existing website and set up everything properly on a staging website. Once its ready we can swap it with your live site (no disruptions but more expensive).

If you have had a website design with us for over 2 years then your site could possibly do with a refresh to incorporate more recent design techniques and interactive elements. Please discsuss options with your Account Manager or Designer.
