How do you charge for functionality development – what is the hourly rate?
If you make a request for functionality that we deem would benefit our broader customer network we would immediately include that enhancement in our software enhancement schedule. Once developed that functionality would be leveraged to our entire client base free of charge.
The scheduling of that development is totally at our discretion and we will not be held to any schedule for the completion of that development as we may decide that other enhancement opportunities take priority or a customer may be willing to pay for an accelerated development schedule.
We charge $250 per hour, however if the functionality development can be leveraged to the benefit of our broader customer network we often discount that rate in recognition of the ongoing benefit that we and our customers derive from that functionality.
The assessment of that leveraged benefit and the level of discount is totally at our discretion.
