Location tab in Content

The Location tab will allow you to determine where the content is visible in the Admin and Public sites, as well as allow you to allocate a content piece to Content Search Fields (if enabled).

The Options tab of the content may impact your desired results when editing the Location tab. There are options available that will keep the content hidden so it is recommended to look through this tab after editing the Location tab.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your administration website
  2. Select Content
  3. Select Edit Content or Add Content and go to step 6 below when you have added information to the page
  4. Click to open the folder of navigation the content is located in
  5. Click the page title to edit
  6. Click on the Location tab to edit
  7. Deselect or Select any navigation folder(s) and / folder(s) within the navigation folders to make the content appear in this navigation
  8. Any folders within folders can be accessed by clicking on the folder title
  9. Click the plus icon next to Assign this content to search fields (if applicable)
  10. Click Finish
Assign important content to more than one location to have added accessibility.
