Content formatting is where we enhance the look of your content; it occurs as part of the production of your website.

Once your homepage design has been published and all of your content has been uploaded into the layouts, we can then have our Implementation Team go through your site and improve the look of the content you have inserted.

DIY pages from your Website Quote are not included in the Content Formatting stage. If you wish to have the DIY pages formatted, please contact your Account Manager for a quote.

Changes to your content is also not included as part of the content formatting stage.

The formatting process involves looking at each applicable page and styling the text and images in one or more of the following ways:

1. Remove any remaining inline styling (unnessesary code that would remain if text is copied and pasted from an external source)
2. Insert borders onto images
3. Insert paragraph spaces to break up long text blocks
4. Insert subheadings to break up long text blocks
5. Style links to be easier to read
6. Create contrast between text and background area to make easier to read or break up long blocks of text
7. Resize images to suit the layout of the page better

Depending on what layout has been selected the styling may be minor or major.
