Web Force 5 does not sell you a website and then disappear.


Our customers have access to a dedicated Account Manager who stays with you from the initial building process and throughout your life as a Web Force 5 customer. If you have an issue or question you call your Australian based Account Manager and they will resolve the issue or answer your question – no charge.

Your Account Manager also facilitates a website review and planning session with you or your nominated staff each month for free. We work with you to ensure that you understand the opportunities that your website presents for your business and that you remain on track with the plans created for your online presence. The monthly planning session will change from time to time based on changes in your business and may consist of:

  • Guidance in the use of your website
  • Reports on traffic, shopping cart profits, leads generated etc.
  • Explanation of new functionality that we have deployed to your website as part of our upgrade program.
  • Other activities that are designed to ensure that your website is working for you.


We want to become part of your business and we invest in that relationship by committing dedicated Australian based resources to ensure that you get the support you need from someone that understands your online objectives.
