Opting to use credit card for our Ezidebit direct debit facility will incur the following charges:

1. VISA/MasterCard 2.2% (minimum $1.10)
2. AMEX / Diners 4.4% (minimum $1.10)

Reference to these fees are made on the New Customer Direct Debit Request form and are charged in addition to the standard monthly hosting fee
